We opened a restaurant in the Venezuelan Andes, and it works. Terra Productiva is the plan to build the next one, and the next, backing production instead of dependency.

The land, then the first crop. A mushroom facility, so the value stays on the mountain as wages and meals, not raw produce that leaves.

We secure the land by November 30. First harvest in May.
